Hispanic Outreach Program"[Western Avenue] has always had a safe and friendly environment for my children and me. We can always find answers at the Center. Socorro has helped us in so many ways. She finds a way to point us in the right direction. She doesn’t know all the answers, but will investigate to find it. She always helps everyone. I’m so grateful for Socorro." -Women of the Mamás Hogareñas Group
